SPICY GARLIC BUTTER-SHRIMP PASTA

Ingredients:

- Spaghetti

- Shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Garlic, minced

- Ginger, minced

- Unsalted butter

- Seasoning Powder or Cubes

- Salt

- Paprika

- 1/2 cup chopped broccoli

- 1/4 cup sliced onions (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, but remember to keep some of the water for later.

2. Season the shrimp with Seasoning Powder or Cubes, salt, and paprika. Mix well.

3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the pepper mix and fry for about 2 minutes.

4. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Season with additional Seasoning Cubes or Powder and Flavor enhancer if desired. Stir well.

5. Add the chopped broccoli to the skillet and cook for a few minutes, just until the broccoli is slightly tender and still crunchy.

6. If desired, add the sliced onions to the sauce and stir.

7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet along with some of the reserved water from boiling the spaghetti. Toss everything together to coat the spaghetti with the garlic butter sauce.

8. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
